REFUND POLICY

Refunds and Exchanges 
Dear valued clients we strive to deliver 100% satisfaction and take each and every order into consideration.
Please be aware that the refund and exchange policy is NOT here to make your life difficult but instead to assist where we can.
Our margins are absurdly low , yes we know its too good to be true and this is the reason we cannot cover the costs for your returns . You are welcome to return the items via courier and arrange a collection for your swap out but we cannot cover these costs. Please be in contact with us before you are unhappy we can assure you , YOU are the most important factor in this relationship and Me and the team will always strive to assist where we can.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
NO returns on sale items , except for defects or manufacturing errors
We are being honest when we say NO returns on sale goods as our margins are so low to offer you the best deal that we simply cant offer a return policy
We WILL always help where we can
You are more than welcome to courier your items back to us if you have  a sizing issue , we will then gladly exchange and let you know when they are ready for collection.
Our margins are so low on these items , in fact on most items we only break even so we cannot offer a collections and return policy , we urge you to measure correctly with the sizing charts provided.
Please ensure you return it exactly how you received it including the packaging
For accounting , after 7 days we offer no refunds.
Where refunds are approved, please allow 7 working days for processing.
All items must be in sealed packaging and UNUSED.
If payment was made by credit card, 7 working days must have passed since the purchase to ensure funds have cleared in our account and are not reversible.
Note that 5% transaction fees are deducted before refunding on Pay fast payments. As well as a 7% refund fee totaling a 10% fee levied on any refunds should they be approved.
